This private detached villa on a corner plot, is located in Pissouri on the edge of a Pine Forest with sea view. Two mins from the villa, residents have the use of the adults and childrens' swimming pool, tennis courts and Club House, where snacks are available on the terrace during the day. The villa itself has been built to a unique design with private driveway for two vehicles. There is a sun terrace at the front with sea view and a patio at the rear. On the ground floor is the lounge with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and bathroom are also in this area. Upstairs leading from the Galleried Landing are two more double bedrooms and a family bathroom. A very good selection of restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-8 minutes drive. This property is managed by a British team who will visit you during your stay if required. TAXIS AND CAR HIRE CAN BE ARRANGED AT COMPETITIVE RATES.
