Modern 3 bedroom pool villa near Carvoeiro and beach

This luxury new linked villa is within 800m to Carvoeiro town and beach, and has sea views from the terrace and master bedroom balcony. To the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden with traditional Portuguese barbeque and eating area, making this area secure for those with small children. The private pool(7m by 4m)and terraces are to the front of the villa. The area is a quiet residential spot within easy walking distance to the centre. The villa itself is beautifully furnished, and has TV, sky, DVD player and CD player with a collection of Dvds and Cd's. For cooler evenings there is a log fire that heats the large lounge and dining room beautifully.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave, access to the garden is from here, where the outdoor cook on the large Portuguese BBQ. Carvoeiro's tennis club is within a 10minute walk, and there are 2 golf courses within a 10minute drive.

Carvoeiro is a typical Portuguese fisherman's village that, has really kept some of its authentic character. The centre of the town has animation throughout the year and close by you will find lots of beautiful sandy beaches surrounded by spectacular cliffs. Some of the best golf courses in the Algarve are within 5-10 minutes drive. Tennis clubs and many other sports facility are close by. There are also many interested and historical places to visit within the region.

The local Vale do Milho 9 hole course is just perfect for high handicap golfers, as they do require a handicap certificate and is situated a 5 minutes drive away. For the more seasoned professionals there are two 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minutes drive (Vale da Pinta & Gramacho). There are some 24 golf courses within 30 minute drive from Carvoeiro, all offering different and stunning locations to suit all standards of golfers.

Fantastic holiday home

We had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this lovely villa, which was large, bright and airy (the photo's don't do it justice). It is set in a great location, peaceful yet within walking distance of the beach/town centre. The pool which is located at the front of the house was lovely and our children absolutely loved it. There is no need to hire a car when staying here but to experience the delights the western algarve has to offer such as Alvor, Portimao etc.. it is highly recommended. A 10 minute drive takes you to Slide and Splash waterpark which is fantastic!
We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Torre de Cima and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Villa lovely. Very spacious - all rooms large and light and airy. Even nicer than shown in photos on website. Pool cleaned three times a week, maid came in twice. All mod-cons. Carvoiero great place for a holiday - 10/15 minute walk into town/beach ... just a steep (but short) hill to get up on way back. Only worry is with young kids the pool is just outside the villa, but we survived with our two toddlers!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
