On the second floor we have a self contained twin bedded apartment for 2 people. This consists of 3 rooms, the bedroom with views over the Sierra Nevada mountains, the kitchen/living room with sink, cooker, microwave, fridge and comfy seating and a shower room with WC. On the ground floor we have the guests lounge with T/V and music centre, plus a selection of books and board games. Off the lounge there is a shady, enclosed courtyard with many plants and seating which is the perfect place to relax in the heat of the afternoon. Mary Ann is happy to serve dinner for any guests that require it either in the dining room or on the courtyard and more than happy to baby sit when required.

Skiing Sierra Nevada

All skiers ask 'Will there be snow this winter?' 'How many inches have they got?' 'Have they had a good fall yet?' Well, whether they have or not it's not a problem in the Sierra Nevada because forty-eight snow cannons ensure that there is snow right through the season. It's high here too, with five months of snow, 87km of pistes, 79 runs and a snow park for the boarders. Plenty of chair lifts and 2 cable cars will whisk you to the top of the fabulous Sierra Nevada peaks. There's even night skiing at weekends and on Bank Holidays when the Spanish, who take après ski even more après into the morning than anywhere else, crowd the resort. In the main ski centre of Pradollano in the Parque Natural of Sierra Nevada you will find many English speaking ski instructors.

Golf Information:

The new course of Sanata Clara is just 20 minutes drive from our home in the Lecrin Valley. Here you can play golf in the shadow of the wonderful Sierra Nevada mountains. Just a little further is the other new course here called Medina Elvira. In Granada is the old course of Granada Club de Golf and on the Mediterranean coast are 2 more great courses, Los Moriscos at Motril and Baviera just a little further down the motorway.
