  • Maximum 4 occupants. All occupants must be registered. Visitors are prohibited from using swimming pool.
    Add Housekeeping fee of $100 and 12% taxes
    Sample calculation for week of May 23: $600 + $100 + $84 = $784 Total
    $200 Prepayment at time of reservation.
    $50 Service Charge required on all cancellations. No refunds for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. No refund for early departure. Rental management collects all prepayments, rentals, and fees.
    Receipt of e-mail or letter must be received by owner confirming rental cost, period of rental, number of occupants, and address.
    All quotations expire 72 hours from time of owner transmittal. Reservation is confirmed when prepayment is received. Reservation confirmation is on first-come, first-served basis.
    Full payment due on or before arrival to Rental Manager.

    Stated rates and special discounts apply for owner-confirmed reservations only.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out 10:00 AM.
    Unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance with owner, all weekly prices are for Saturday to Saturday stays.
    Other dates slightly higher. Normal 1 week stay; will accept 5 days minimum occassionally. Some weeks with major holidays might be quoted $40 higher than other weeks in same season.
  • Note: Table rates based on 4 occupants maximum.

    Summer Rates: $605/week plus fees.

Living room leather sofa opens up into a Queen-size bed (linen not included, but available at low additional cost from Johns Pass Condos rental management office -- can be ordered in advance). For stays longer than 1 week, guests have option of laundering own linen and towels or paying $40 per 'light' cleaning service. Privacy wall 10 feet long separates spacious bedroom floor into two sleep areas. In one area is the King-size bed, and in the other area are the two twin beds. Areas are open at one end.........creating the 'comparable privacy of 2 bedrooms for the price of 1 bedroom.'

We stayed at this condo for a week and had a great time. The owners go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and everything is just right. It was nice that they respoonded back promptly with any questions we may have had.

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. It was nice that it has two floors. The main living area is upstairs and the bedrooms were down stairs. Both floors have a bathroom. The pool and the beach are just a few feet from your door. The ocean view is a side view. The location is quiet and the beach was not crowded. There are lot of shope and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great time and would come back again!!!

my wife Ingrid and I spent 3 weeks at this place. We had a perfect vacation at this perfect location and enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful town house. The owner as well as the guys from the rental office were very friendly and provided all what we needed. The whole complex was properly clean and the town house nice equipped. We are sure to come back in the near future. Thanks to Carlos and Gary! Burkhard

Very friendly People, who rent their condo.
Everything was nice and clean and works good. Comfortable and beautyful furnishings.
We coming from Germany and spend a nice week in Sept. 2008.
Outdoor-Area is very clean.

Great days on the beach

We had 10 wunderful days! The condo is excellent for a vacation on the beach. We found all the things we needed in the condo. Our 3 year old son was very happy about the toys for the beach, the big rooms in the house, the warm swimming-pool and the wunderful beach in front of our door.

We told all our friends about this condo and will come back next year!
