Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Notes. Prices shown are per week in euros. Special prices can be arranged for long term winter lets, contact the owner for details. Changeover dates are flexible. The farmhouse and Villa can only be booked as a single property during the summer periods.For separate prices for the properties from 28-09-2008 until 30-05-2008 please contact the owner. For bookings made more than two months before the date of arrival a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, at the date of booking, with the remaining 75% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.
  We also ask for a 300 euros security deposit against breakages with the final payment which is refundable within 14 days of your departure subject to our agents advising that all keys have been returned and that there have been no breakages. Our English speaking agent will meet you on arrival and will be on call throughout your holiday
