2009 PRICES FOR 2010! Holiday to suit everyone!!Whether you are heading for the beach or wish to explore the beautiful island of Crete with its numerous historic sites, sandy shores and dramatic mountains and gorges – our villa is the place to start. LOCATION & FACILITIES: An ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, the villa is located in a tranquil area near the beach, surrounded by olive groves. It is suitably furnished with all the necessary facilities for a perfect self-catering holiday for the whole family. Sunny and spacious, the villa boasts an open plan lounge with a fireplace, dining and kitchen area, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. OUTSIDE: Outside there are two pergola-covered terraces with wonderful views across the surrounding olive groves. The villa comes with a large private swimming pool suitable for the whole family. It is located near an old village with easy access to the motorway and the whole island. The nearest beach is 5-min away!

THE AREA: Our villa is the perfect spot for a relaxing break at the heart of real Crete. The nearest sandy beach is within five-minute drive to the villa. The near-by old traditional village with excellent traditional tavernas, shops and a post office is within walking distance to the villa. This is the ideal place to sit outside in the morning and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee with the friendly locals in one of the little kafenions or taste a real Cretan moussaka in one of the tavernas in the evening. The many beauties and pleasures of the old Venetian town of Rethymno are only a 20 minutes drive away. The famous ancient Minoan palace Knossos is just within one hour drive. Heraklion Airport is within one hour drive.

Total relaxation in secluded private villa

The photos do not do this villa justice. It is nestled in a small village overlooking beautiful hills and surrounded by acres of olive trees. The view is uninterrupted apart from rooftops of two neighbouring and tasteful villas. You are not overlooked by anyone and have an exclusive pool and small garden.

Interior basic but with all immenities that you'll need for self-catering.

Caretakers live opposite and are on hand to offer hel, advice. maintenace and clean villa once a week. Pool cleaner and gardener come twice a week.

Village of Roumeli is typical Greek. 5 min drive to harbour where there is no sign of any English bars but traditional restaurants and cafes.

Beaches sandy and sea warm. Nearby Bali has all the usual watersports.

Vill position good starting point to visit caves, ruins, villages, main towns - or just stay put and sunbathe!
