1 bedroom apartment with communal pool (pool open 1st Apr- 7 Oct) & manicured gardens. Private garden and terrace. Situated in an established private residence with secure private parking. Ideal location 7 mins walk from the famous port of St Tropez and 200m from Bouillabaisse beach. 5 min drive to Pampelonne beaches. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard of finish throughout. Travertine flooring, polished travertine wall tiling to bathroom. New furniture throughout. The private garden is landscaped (travertine paving/water feature/mood lighting) for alfresco lounging with a decking area incorporating a shower and day bed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. St Tropez offers a host of amenities and attractions. It has all the glitz and glamour you could wish, yet still retaining its unique charm as an old fishing village.

Location/local amenities: The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. The famous port of St Tropez is 7 minutes walk and Bouillabaisse beach is 200m. St Tropez offers a host of amenities and attractions. It has all the glitz and glamour you could wish, yet still retaining its unique charm as an old fishing village. Attractions from, local craft to high end fashion boutiques, magnificent yachts, numerous cafes where you can watch people or admire the harbour artists. There is also a renowned market held on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the Place des Lices. Travel - Toulon airport 50 mins. Nice Airport 1 hour 10 mins. Toulon Gare is the nearest Train station. Trains run from Kings Cross via Lille or Paris.

Beaches and activities: Bouillabaisse beach is 200m from the apartment which has fine golden sand, clear blue sea and wonderful views of the bay of St Tropez. There are also 3 beach restaurants to choose from. The more famous Pampelonne beach can be found 5 mins drive from the apartment which have numerous bars, restaurants and beach clubs. Leisure activities - facilities are close by within a few miles such as golf, jet skiing, sailing, boating, Aqua park go karting (Port Grimaud), horse riding, vineyards (Pampelonne), if required. Living the St Tropez dream

We spent a delightful week of our honeymoon here. The apartment is excellent. The space, facilities and cleanliness made for a very comfortable stay and interior design touches really add to the whole experience. We also were pleasantly surprised that the beach across the road was so good and that we could easily walk into the heart of town. Regarding the price, it's brilliant value, we had that feeling you get when you've been upgraded.

Great Apartment very close to the town center

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in the South of France, we had a great time at the apartment. It is very close to the town center, which is a short walk away (about 5/10mins). The apartment is finished to a very high standard but for me the best bit was the outside space, its a beautiful place to have breakfast in the sun, and a glass of wine on the lounger at night, I couldn't recommend it highly enough

We stayed here for 2 weeks in summer-09.
We found the aparatment to be really nice!
Especially we loved the big outdoor lounge area. It was good to have so much space outside. It was quite hot because it doesnt blow there, but the outdoor shower helped alot!
And it was only 10 min walk to the harbour, which is quite good, since its not so many taxi`s in St.tropez.
You get exactly what you see on the pichtures.

We will definetly recommend this apartment. We had a fantastic holiday there.

An excellent appartment

We found the appartment to be of excellent value. It is very modern and extremely well equipped for a holiday home - a pleasure to be in. The courtyard garden is as well equipped as the interior and very relaxing for outdoor eating.
The complex is very well attended and very clean., It is very close to the beach. Many towns and resorts are easily accessible.
The underground carpark is quite tight if you have a large car!

We do not hesitate in recommending this property. The
apt. has all the conveniences, and beautifully decorated.
Terrace with day-bed is not to be missed. Walking distance to everything--beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Truly first rate!
