A fantastic 2 bedroom self-catering apartment, on a high tower building with magnificent views over the sea and mountains, very well equiped on a high standard furnishings, double glazing balcony; very good location, near Shopping Centre, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, gym, health club and children's playground. Near natural rocky swimming pools to the Atlantic, were one can swim all year around (Max. water temp. Summer 24ºC - Min. seawater temp. Winter 17ºC) and the fabulous sea front Promenade for very nice morning or evening walks. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the suite has bathroom with whirlpool. The kitchen is equipped oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, cattle + coffee machine dishwasher and washing machines etc. Laundry area. Spacious dinning and sitting room with cable TV, leather sofas and chairs and wooden floors. A classic, sober and comfortable decoration on a very quite and relaxing atmosphere.

Madeira Forum Tower is on the Madeira Forum Shopping Centre in Estrada Monumental with supermarkets, shops, cinemas, bars and restaurants. Located on Funchals Touristic area. The now called New City, near the sea and beaches Doca do Cavacas and Praia Formosa. The Island famous resort Madeira Magic with Restaurant, Children's playground, Gym, exhibition centre, tea house and the sea front Promenade are just across the road.
