Brand new luxury 2 bed apartment in Kapparis, Paralimni with communal pool, children's pool, play area and gardens. This spacious ground floor apartment has air conditioning and sleeps up to 6 people. The modern fitted kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In the living area is a table and 4 chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, DVDs and books, fold out sofa bed and 2 armchairs. Patio doors lead onto a covered veranda. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes (with coat hangers), dressing table with mirror, hair-dryer, straightener mat, bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobes are included in the twin bedroom, along with a travel cot (bedding not provided) and high chair. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Outside is a large patio area, table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers (beach towels not provided). Parking space included.

Kapparis is an all year round resort, an ideal base for exploring the east coast and its many coves and beaches, and also north Cyprus. The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire shop, 24-hour bakery, bars and restaurants. There is also an Internet café. There are several excellent restaurants including Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and English cuisine. Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many shops including a Marks and Spencer! There are also traditional cafés and restaurants, many centred around the picturesque church and main square. Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away. You can drive to Cape Greko National Park if you want to get away from it all and relax in the peace and quiet.

A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required with final payment, this will be refunded upon return of keys and satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
