Welcome to cozy comfort on the eastern shore of Florida. Just 75 miles from the Orlando International Airport, this totally renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath (sleeping 6-8) single family home is perfectly situated to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Just one block from the beach, this house has all the amenities you want. Everything is brand new, including a custom built kitchen with top-of–the-line appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the hall bathroom. In addition, the living room sofa pulls out to sleep two people. Spend your days at the beach, come home and jump into the sparkling oversize pool. There is plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Area attractions include Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, or take a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Your choices are unlimited.
