It is a 100 square metre 3 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. It has 3 bedrooms - i double with balcony, 1 twin, i quad (4 x adult sized double bunk beds) and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a breakfast bar and just beyond is a dining area that can seat 10 people. The living area is approximately 40 square metres and has another balcony that corners this penthouse apartment. Both balconies overlook flachau, the valley and have mountain views. It has a ski cellar with boot drier and ski rack, washing machine and tumbler drier. It also has a designated covered car port.   • This is a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom apartment. It is 100 square metres. The bunk bed room could actually sleep 6 children as it has double bunks off the floor and pull out sleeping areas underneath. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers. The sofa bed is in a comfortable living area which can become private at night. This apartment in a chalet with two other smaller apartments has everything you need for a family activity holiday. Straight n the slope, straight down on skis or foot to local apres ski or floodlit skiing on selected nights. Children can toboggan safely from here. No walking 100s of metres or catching the bus- it is all there. Or for those who want to relax while others ski you can simply sit and enjoy the view!!
