This luxurious holiday rental apartment is situated in an enviable location overlooking a charming square and mere metres from not one fabulous sandy beach, but two. Palm Beach is a most desirable area of Cannes: the marina is home to many lavish yachts and the nearby casino offers opportunities for a wide range of games. The pleasant stroll along the seafront Boulevard de la Croisette will take you past (or possibly into) many designer boutiques and more casinos and to the Palais des Festivals, home of the Cannes Film Festival. Being within easy walking distance of the Palais des Festivals, the apartment is ideal for anybody attending a conference or festival. The apartment is close to shops, cafés and all the attractions of Cannes, so a car is not necessary, but there is a secure garage at no extra charge, so the apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the French Riviera, Monaco and into Italy.

The Alps make a spectacular backdrop and provide a venue for skiing, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and nature watching. Golf, tennis, cycling and petanques (boules) are all well-catered-for. Our apartment is just off the Boulevard de la Croisette, a short walk to the Palais des Festivals, and so is ideal for attending all conferences, including MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, the International Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MIPCOM, TFWA, MAPIC and Mare e Moda

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking, more for long stays, peak conferences and festivals, with the balance due being payable no later than 70 days before the arrival date.

We rented this apartment at the end of July and had a great experience. For the record, there were 5 of us, including 2 teenagers and a baby. The apartment is suprising spacious, clean, well laid out and in a terrific location. The underground parking was a necessity, since parking in the local area was almost impossible. The walk to the beaches is short and the bus stop to catch the bus to downtown is steps away. We preferred to use the bus to get around since Cannes is such a busy city. It allowed us to take in the town instead of thinking about traffic and where to park. We really enjoyed the terraces, both front and back. It was lovely to sit outside to eat meals or to read a book. The service we received was very good. We were met at the apartment at the agreed upon time and were given a briefing of the ammenities. Any requests we made were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. The only small issue was that there were not very many towels, basically one per person for the week with only 2 beach towels between 5 of us. Not a big problem, but a few more would have been helpful. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.
