Palm Beach is a most desirable area of Cannes: the marina is home to many lavish yachts and the nearby casino offers opportunities for a wide range of games. The pleasant stroll along the seafront Boulevard de la Croisette will take you past (or possibly into) many designer boutiques and more casinos and to the Palais des Festivals, home of the Cannes Film Festival. Being within easy walking distance of the Palais des Festivals, the apartment is ideal for anybody attending a conference or festival. The apartment is close to shops, cafés and all the attractions of Cannes, so a car is not necessary, but there is a secure garage at no extra charge, so the apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the French Riviera, Monaco and into Italy.
