The apartment is located on a quiet secondary located street in the small hamlet of Sala Comacina which overlooks the well renowned island Isola Comacina which is visited by celebrity A listers. The apartment sleeps 5 people; contain high quality furnishings and is available for rent all year round. Sala Comacina is an ideal location for summer sun or winter fun with the nearest ski resorts approximately 45 minutes drive away with St Moritz 120 minutes drive.

The apartment has 3 rooms (2 double bedrooms a lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms one with washing machine) and sleeps up to 5 people. Bedroom1 located on the same floor as the lounge/kitchen and bathroom has a kingsize bed whilst bedroom2 (also containing a king size bed is located in the Mansard (attic) along with the second bathroom and space to locate an additional single bed. The Living area contains a double sofabed armchairs and TV. The open plan kitchen area contains fitted units and house an oven, grill, 4 hotplates, fridge freezer, dishwasher dinning table and chairs. The Living room opens onto a large terrace (40 sq. m) and has outstanding lake views overlooking Isola Comacina.

Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the western shore of the lake midway between Como Town (South of the lake) and Menaggio (centre of the lake). The village centre boasts restaurants, where you can sample typical lake cooking, shops, a bank, boat and ferry service and a few bars. Lido di Lenno is approximately 2km away, the exclusive beach is one of a handful that has sand. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco. For sports lovers there is ample choice with tennis, golf and horse riding close by whilst further a field there is windsurfing (25km) and Skiing Resorts (150 km).

Try Misultini the local lake delicacy, or Pizzocheri from the Valtelina region (north of the lake) and where in September/October the vineyards are open for wine tasting, so why not book an autumn break!!
