This luxurious holiday rental apartment is situated in a desirable location overlooking stunning gardens and a very short walk from a fabulous sandy beach. Juan-les-Pins boasts a vibrant nightlife. Famed for its July jazz festival and its August season of music with fireworks displays, there are many other festivals throughout the year. Juan-les-Pins merges into the historic walled town of Antibes, where you will find many museums, including Renoir's home, the Picasso museum (in the Château Grimaldi) and Fort Carré. Artists sell their works at the town gate. The apartment is close to shops, cafés and all the attractions of Juan-les-Pins, so a car is not necessary, but there is a space in a secure underground garage at no extra charge, so the apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the French Riviera, Monaco and into Italy.

Juan-les Pins is at once both charming and trendy, hosting an annual jazz festival among many others and merging into the historic town of Antibes, where artists sell their works at the town walls and whose marina is home to many of the most opulent yachts on the French Riviera. The Côte d'Azur is warm, with fabulous sandy Mediterranean beaches. Water sports are popular. Windsurfing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, water skiing, parascending, jet skiing, sailing, boat hire and boat trips are all available. The French Riviera has a lush, green natural beauty. The Alps make a spectacular backdrop and provide a venue for skiing, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and nature watching. Lovers of culture will enjoy the many museums and the spectacular floor shows in this region. Golf, tennis, cycling and petanques (boules) are all well-catered-for. Our apartment overlooks the beautiful Jardin Pauline gardens and is just 300 metres from a fabulous sandy beach.

  • Minimum booking 3 days. Above prices do not include our charge for laundry and cleaning, £105 per week or part-week. Please note that arrival times between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will attract an additional charge of £75. Please contact us for a full list of additional services available.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking, more for long stays, with the balance due being payable no later than 70 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than 70 days before the arrival date, the full balance is due on booking.
  • Security deposit £250 for each booking, refundable upon inspection of property after departure of guests. Please contact us for full terms and conditions.
