Luxurious Non-Smoking Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Unit # 1003 on the 10th floor in the Sand Dollar Condominium at 3115 s. Atlantic ave. On beautiful Daytona beach. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to a very large private balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Sorry, no pets allowed. The Sand Dollar Condo is a family oriented, not a party building. ****** We have all new furnishing and a free high speed DSL connection. ****** WEEKLY RENTALS: Saturday to Saturday. 7 day minimum rental period. Please e-mail your vacation dates for a price quote. MASTERCARD. VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted. ****** LOCATED: we are centrally located within 75 minutes of most central Florida attractions, such as: Disney world, sea world, universal studios, Kennedy space center, historic st.   • Weekly rental rates from $735 to $1,135, depending on your vacation dates. Special events are higher. A $65 cleaning fee plus 12.5% Florida tax will be added to all rental rates. Please e-mail your vacation dates for a price quote. WE TAKE MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • $200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 10% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 10% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 15% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
