Villa Velasquez (800 mtres walk from P.Banus)

On entering this sumptuous property you are led straight ahead into the lounge area. This has been furnished with a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and two single seater armchairs all made from soft leather. This area is perfect to relax in and watch a DVD or one of the many satellite channels available on the plasma TV. The lounge opens out onto a shaded terrace, a large grassed area and to the heated pool. Leading from the main lounge area there is another peaceful lounge which has a large corner unit, Plasma TV and its own access to the main terrace. You can relax in the garden and soak up the sun before dipping into the pool when you find it all just a little bit too hot or even in the cooler evenings as the pool is heated during the winter months. Back inside the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils you would need to prepare a lunchtime snack or a cordon bleu dinner.

Next to the kitchen there is the dining area, should you wish to eat indoors, or alternatively you can eat on the terrace. Upstairs, there can be found three bedroom suites. The master bedroom is extremely bright and airy and houses a king size bed. The en suite bathroom boasts a shower, bath, double vanity unit, toilet and bidet. This room leads to large terrace with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains should you just wish to sit outside and have a nice cool drink in the peace and quiet of your own company. Taking a wander up the corridor from the master bedroom there are two further double bedrooms. Both of these have their own en suite shower rooms, and one of these has access to the first floor terrace also. All of the bedrooms have been beautifully finished and getting to sleep after a hard day relaxing in the sun should be no problem. The remaining two bedrooms are on the bottom floor of the villa and these two twin bedrooms have a shared shower room.

There is plenty of wardrobe space in all the villas bedrooms. There is a large garage and games and exercise area on the lower floor also. The property is fully air-conditioned on the upper floors and broadband is installed. All in all Villa Velasquez really is a fabulous home away from home, go on spoil yourself -you know you want to!

Skiing Information:

During winter months, Spain's ski resort opens for business high above Malaga in 'The Sierra Nevada'. Guests may wish to mix a week in the sun with extra time in the mountains. Drive time to Sierra Nevada is less than two hours from Puerto Banus. Costs del Sol. The best of both worlds for a winter break!

Golf Information:

Our villa is ideally located for the Costa del Sol's numerous fine golf courses with the added benefit of being centrally located for nightlife and beaches which are within a short walking distance. The nearest golf courses, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta are within 5 minutes drive of the villa. Many others including Rio Real, Santa Maria and La Duquesa are located within 15 - 20 minutes drive. The wonderful scenic courses of Alcaidesa Links, Monte Major and Marbella Club Resort are within 45 - 50 minutes. There are numerous other top quality courses from Malaga to Gibralter.
