The first floor apartment sleeping 4/5, is located in a quiet, residential area of Mojacar within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops and restaurants. The large terrace has panoramic views over the communal swimming pool to the gardens and golf course. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (master with en-suite and air conditioning), 1 additional family bathroom, living/dining room with feature fire place and sofa bed, fully equiped kitchen with washing machine. In the evening, take a stroll on the promenade, or browse through the wide variety of shops at the Parque Commercial. Located within 10 minutes drive is the Parque Aquatico (Water Park) a fun day for all the family. Visit Mojacar Peublo for a more traditional Spanish experience, white washed buildings, narrow alleyways complemented by breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. The bustling fishing port of Garrucha is only five minutes away.

Mojacar is an ideal place for families. The unspoilt local beaches provide a perfect location for those lazy, sunny days by the sea. The Playa has a wide variety of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes, those wanting something typically Spanish will not be disappointed as will those who prefer more home comforts. Local attraction easily drive-able are the city of Almeria where the imposing Moorish Fort dominates the coastline, bring your passport for free entry. Totally diverse from this is Mini Hollywood, a western style theme park offering a fun day out for old and young alike. The old town of Mojacar is on your doorstep, take a day to explore the narrow, winding whitewashed alleys, many festivals take place throughout the year, join in for that traditional Spanish experience. Fishing trips are available locally from Garrucha, in the evening sample the daily catch. For the golfers, five courses are available within 15 minutes drive, catering for all experiences.
