This villa is located in a quiet residential area. It is easily accessible from Interstate 4, (2 minutes away) but close to shops, petrol stations, fast food take aways, a supermarket and the all important Disney World (10 minutes). It is ideally placed for visiting Central Florida but serves as a great base from which to explore further afield should you wish to escape the theme parks for a day or two. It is 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes drive from Sanford Airport. It is centrally placed within the state, meaning that both the east and west coasts are easily accessible at about 1 hours drive in each direction, this includes Kennedy Space Station and the Gulf Coast.

| Notes: | For everyones comfort and enjoyment, the villa is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed. There are no steps into the villa making it wheelchair friendly. The en-suite shower however does have a small step into it. A Games Room has been set up in the garage. This consists of a Pool Table, Darts, Air Hockey, Basketball, Table Football and an Air Glider. Use of the Games Room is included in the price. All towels, linen and electricity is included. Pool heating can be purchased extra.(this is only usually required between October and April). |
Getting There
It is easy to organise flights and car hire yourselves, but we can assist you with these when making your booking. Car hire is available from both airports. You will be sent directions upon completion of payment. Some airlines now offer on-line check-in, which is a real time saver at the airports.
Places to Visit
Disney World has 4 theme parks; Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Also within the Disney area there is also Downtown Disney, Wide World of Sports, Typhoo Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Fantasia Crazy Golf. Universal has 2 theme parks; Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. There is also City Walk Both of the above have countless eateries, cinemas and entertainment. Sea World is a theme park based on life in the sea and at Discovery Cove you can book a Dolphin experience There are also Airboat rides to be enjoyed, an abundance of nature, Kennedy Space Station, Busch Gardens and Wet and Wild to name but a few. An evening dinner show should not be missed. Also there is the shopping. Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlet - need we say more!!!
Longer Drives
Places to visit on a longer drive include; Miami, Florida Keys, Everglades, St Augustine and Naples. ( You may prefer to stay a night at these places, accommodation is readily available throughout the state)

There are many golf courses in the surrounding area, the nearest one being only 2 miles away at Omni Resort at Champions Gate
