A separate refundable security deposit of 20% of the rental fee is needed to place your reservation. The full rental fee must be paid up fully one month before arrival. If you haven't paid within this time frame, you run the risk of losing your booking. The security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, after management checks have been completed.

Payment is normally made by bank transfer, with details supplied. We can also accept credit card payment through Paypal, although we have to charge an extra 4% when doing so.

Notice of Refurbishment works
Please be advised that the main apartment building is currently under extensive refurbishment works. This represents a complete overhaul of the main apartment building, incorporating new roof, new lifts, strip back and redecorate all communal entrances and walkways, and the refitting of upvc double glazing units to all windows and doors in the apartments. Scaffolding has been erected and will remain until completion. Completion is sheduled for mid to late July 2008. Every care has been taken to ensure that the works do not interfere with the lives of those who use the apartment building. The main differences you will notice upon arrival will be the scaffolding outside the building, and the appearance of the hallways as you enter and leave the apartment. I apologise for any inconvenience to my customers during these works. However, the apartment itself is still clean, well-equipped, cosy and comfortable in an excellent location.
