Notes to the rental rates

• •Rental price based on 4 persons sharing; a supplement of £5 is payable for the 5th and 6th person per night respectively.
  •If the rental period is for less than 7 days, a welcome pack will be provided but guests must pay for the cleaning costs.
  •If the rental period includes Xmas, New Year or Easter there will be a supplement of £50 payable.
  
• •The deposit of 25% is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
  •Bookings will be held provisionally for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit.
  •A security deposit of £200 is payable; this is refunded once the keys have been returned and there has been no damage reported or excess cleaning required.
  •Price excludes air conditioning - £3 extra per night
