Excellent Apartment - Don't hesitate

Me and my family and friends stayed at the Elegant apartment for a long weekend during March, 2009. In our group there were people of all ages from 5 month old to 60+. They all found the apartment to fit them perfectly. It is boldly obvious that the owners of this apartment owns it primarily for their own use and maybe then as an investment. The huge apartment is equipped from top to bottom with state of the art utilities. Among others I can note the superb kitchenware, the big screen LCD TV, the PlayStation with a nice variety of games, DVDs, Puzzles and the HUGE cozy living room. The apartment is situated in a perfect location in between the Gondola (4min walk) and the city centre (6min walk) and just a minute from the main street (Pirin). And still, it is located in a quiet street with direct view to the mountain.
The apartment is located just above a grocery store. Across the street (10m) there are two hotels where you could arrange to have breakfast if you don't feel like cooking. The elegant hotel also has a nice pool, which I guess you can use for a small fee.
I have rented apartments in various ski resorts all over Europe, but this apartment, without any doubt, beats them all.
Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Amazing, but can't think of any.
Summary: Don't hesitate. If it's available, BOOK IT! We'll definitely be back again.
