Ideally situated in the centre of Cannes, this 2 room self-catering apartment on the 2nd floor with lift is perfectly placed for an autumn or winter break in the sunny climate of the Côte D'Azur. There's plenty to do in Cannes itself, but you will also be in easy reach of Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Grasse or Marseille by train. A car is not necessary unless you wish to take advantage of the many beautiful golf courses in the region or to visit typical Provencal perched villages behind the coast. This is also the best time to visit St. Tropez without the crowds.Public parking is available at 50 metres. The 55sq m apartment has been newly renovated and comprises a bedroom with twin beds and a large living room with dining area and a double sofa bed, thereby sleeping 4 comfortably. The open kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, microwave grill, fridge/freezer; the bathroom and separate WC are finished to a high standard. The apartment is centrally heated and is air-conditioned.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat, located in the heart of Cannes, near the beach and the shops yet very quiet, with tasteful furniture and all the facilities described in the ad. The owners were very helpful and provided good advice and assistance before and during the holiday. We would definitely recommend the property to a friend. Cannes is a great place, with clean sandy beaches, lots of entertainment for children, young people and adults, the possibility of shopping and visiting very interesting places nearby. There's also the possibility of renting a parking space near the flat for a reasonable price, which enabled us to take one-day trips by car to provencal villages or even cities like Aix or Marseilles. Our impression was more than good and we hope to go back again.

Myself and my girlfriend had a great time in Cannes, largely due to this excellent apartment. It was in great condition, clean and in a good location, within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach. It was a real bonus having a wireless broadband connection, washing machine and balcony where we sat and had breakfast every morning. There is a supermarket on the same street and a daily fruit market nearby. The owners are very nice and their communication was excellent throughout - I would recommend this apartment over staying in a hotel as you get alot more for your money and you have more space! If we go back to Cannes, we will definitley stay here again.

This is an excellent spacious,comfortable,well equipped 2 room apartment. Ideal location for shops, restaurants and beaches, only 5 minutes away fron the Croisette. The property is clean and well-maintained. The French and English speaking owners provide excellent customer service and are always at hand to help out. This is our third visit and we happily recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to viisit Cannes.

A beautiful, well maintained, clean apartment for 2/4 people

Friendly greeting and welcome from the owners. Everything provided as described including linen and towels.
Internet television/radio had lots of programmes
Location was ideal and peaceful. Next to supermarket, restaurants and wine bars. Adjacent to shopping streets and five minutes walk to la Croisette
Easy access to bus and train
