Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace was good for breakfast and clothes drying - did I mention there's a lift?
The only gripe was that the bedroom was too small to get a second bedside table and to comfortably walk around on one side.
The manager was very flexible re meeting time and his English was very good. He gave us good tips re restaurants and a flamenco presentation.
The area has small supermarkets, a bakery and a food market - good deli, meat and fish and of course many bars. Buy stamps at the tobacconist!
The taxi driver had a problem finding the street so arm yourself with a map beforehand.
Owner's Response: We are very glad to know that you have a nice time in Seville, and also that you like our tips. We would work out something about the bedroom, maybe the solution would be having a double bed in step of 2 single ones. Thank you for the nice card you left me. For any time you come back to Seville, you know where we are.

Very clean and comfortable air-conditioned apt

This apartment was one of the ones we liked the most out of 5 that we stayed in in Spain. It is well maintained with a lot of light and very clean.

I thought the apartment was very clean and the facilities were modern and good quality. The owner was very nice and made us feel welcome.
