Flat in a colonial house, quietly located in the lower hills above amporecchio. Situated in an olive grove with a panoramic view of a typical Tuscan countryside. Only 5km from Vinci, 45 from Florence, 50 from Pisa, 17 from Montecatini Terme and Pistoia,30 from Lucca. The flat,100qm, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms, laundry and heating. You will find traditional furniture, kit linen and barbecue area. Exclusive for the guests of the flat there is a swimming pool area equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and shower. At the arrival the guests will find fresh fruit and beverages for refreshment,all inclusive.

A lovely property,full of character. Very clean and with great views over the valley. The owners couldn't have made us feel more welcome, providing us with useful information, fresh produce and drinks in the fridge on arrival, homemade olive oil and much more to make our stay feel really special. The local town is friendly and is a good base for visiting the sights of Tuscany. The villa is in a lovely location, but a car is necessary and a narrow,sharp bend at the start of the track leading up to the villa could provide a problem for a large car.
