If your looking for a luxurious summer holiday or a fun family holiday then this villa is the perfect setting. A fabulous 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with heated swimming pool overlooking a natural lake. Newly built in 2004 the villa has been furnished to a very high standard offering a very spacious living area, large open plan kitchen and seperate dining room. Fully equiped, the villa has everything you need from crockery and cutlery to televisions, hairdryers and a BBQ. Situated within a quiet residential area overlooking a fantastic natural lake, if you prefer a quiet relaxing holiday then take a good book and relax by the pool. The villa is in a prime location, within close proximity to Disney World and various other attractions. Keeping the children entertained at the villa is easy, there is a PlayStation with games, darts, pool and football tables. The villa really is like home from home, it has all you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday!

The villa is perfectly situated if you were planning on visiting Disney or indeed any other major theme parks. All of the following attractions are within easy reach of the villa. Disney World, The Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, Seaworld Adventures, Universal Studios, Wet n Wild, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Islands of Adventure, Medieval Times. As you can see, you can have a fun packed holiday for all the family the kids will love it. There is a huge Walmart just down the road from the villa where you can buy anything and everything! Its amazing what they have to offer. There are many different places to eat whether you like Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai, Seafood, Pizza there is something for everyone. Shopping is a great experience and keeps the ladies entertained for hours. There is no experience like Florida, once you have been you will want to go again and again!.

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is payable along with the final balance, this will be refunded upon an inspection report from our management company. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Pool heating is available at a charge of £75.00 per week.

Just a few lines upon return from our recent Florida holiday to say how much we enjoyed staying in your lovely villa. We have rented several villas in Kissimmee in recent years but yours is by far the best.
The location was great (convenient for but not too close to Highway 192).
We certainly will not hesitate to recommend it to any of our friends who intend to visit Florida.
