2 bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests in central Rome, only few minutes walks to Campo dei Fiori with pretty balconies equipped for outdoor meals with picturesque views of the city's monuments.The rare advantage of being in a traffic free area in central Rome and the comfortable interiors equipped with modern amenities make this property unique. This is ideal for a Roman vacation as well as a base to many other places as trains run to anywhere in Italy, with Naples within 1hour or Florence within 1hr 30mns. The apartment is in a 16th century building on the fifth floor with lift with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace,2 bedrms and 2bathrooms (1 with jacuzzi tub).

The apartment is on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an historical building from the 16th century. Enter into a hallway that leads to a large split-level room. The living room is on the upper level and it is equipped with TV, telephone and a double sofa bed for single use only. On the lower level is a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer and a dining room that opens onto a panoramic and spacious terrace furnished for al fresco dining and sunbathing. A spiral staircase leads this terrace to a second furnished terrace with even greater views of Rome. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The main bathroom, accessed from the hall, has a tub.The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with shower in the hall. A narrow balcony runs across the front of the apartment where the bedrooms open on to and connecting to the main terrace.

The Apartment is on the fifth floor of a stately palazzo on a beautiful small square with a central fountain in an historical neighborhood. From here, one can walk to all of Rome's most famous sites. The nearby Campo de' Fiori, a square with a bustling morning market, is a great place to purchase fresh food to cook for yourselves. For the guests that prefer to dine out, three wonderful restaurants are within a block or two and it is possible to sample true Roman cuisine. But this is the heart of the ancient Jewish quarter, so every one of the narrow, cobblestone streets is lined with small family-run shops in addition to four ancient temples. It is a car-free zone, so it is quiet for the area and the views from the balconies are just lovely with the red-roof tiles in the foreground and monuments in the background.The Pantheon and the Piazza Navona are each about a 5 minutes' walk away and the Capitoline Museums and splendid views from the Capitoline Hill.

Another apt for up to 5guests in the same building: On the 2nd floor at the same building, we also rent another apt with 2 bedrooms (1 double with ensuite bath with tub and 1 twin with separate shower room) and a sofa bed in the living area for single use. The twin bedroom has a sweet balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. This apt is very spacious with high ceilings and bright interiors. Homely feeling and stylish terracotta tiled floors and wooden beam ceilings. The roomy living area and the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and full oven,dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge with freezer. Fully air conditioned and heated in winter, this apt is furnished with pieces of antiques and finely decorated. Guests at this apt have access to the panoramic roof terrace equipped for al fresco dining and ornamental plants.
