Nearest Airport: Palma at 55 Kilometres

This fabulous apartment is ideal for families and couples alike who are looking for peace, privacy and yet only a 'stones throw' away from the resort amenities including the many shops, bars, restaurants and not forgetting the famous marina of Cala D'Or. You will find many golden sandy beaches all around a 5 minute walk from the property. The Val D'Or golf course is only a 10 -15 minute drive away. Cala D'Or is located on the South East of the island of Mallorca and the journey time from Palma airport is around 45 minutes. A taxi from outside the airport is approx 65 euros, car hire is available at the airport and in the resort centre. Palma City is around 1 hour's drive and boasts fabulous shopping! and its cathedral is a must for architect and cultural lovers. A large supermarket is in Cala Egos, as are excellent local restaurants, bars, shops & banks. A children's activity park is in Cala Egos. A small train takes you around the Cala D'Or area and costs only a few euros each way.

  • Bookings will be accepted by telephone or e-mail and confirmed by receipt of a 25% deposit. Balance plus a £100 bond is due 8 weeks before your departure date. Directions including a map showing the route from the airport and arrangements for access to the apartment will be posted to you approx 7- 10 days prior to your departure date. £100 bond against breakages and damages will be refunded to you upon receipt of a satisfactory report from our resort service team.
  • Changeover day is Saturday but this can be flexible out of school holiday/peak season dates.
    Entry to the property is from 3.00pm and departure time on the last day is set at 10.00am this is also flexible.

The apartment is furnished with all quality furniture and furnishings. A PlayStation 2 is available for you to use. Digital Electronic safe. Both the bedrooms have a digital alarm clock , should you have an early flight home. We have a selection of children toys for you to use in the pools, including buckets, spades, inflatable boats, lilos and water rings. We also have a childrens play table with 2 childrens chairs, ideal for colouring or meal times.

Cala Mondrago beach is situated in the beautiful National Park and is a 15 minute drive from the property, This beach was voted one of the Top 10 in the world this year, it is a stunning beach with amazing turquoise waters, not to be missed. The National Park is home to lots of different wildlife and has lots of picnic areas and lovely places to walk around. The fishing villages of Cala Figuera , Porto Petro , Port Cristo and Porto Colom are all worth visiting. Tennis courts and a Sports Centre with indoor pool are all within walking distance. An indoor bowling alley which is great for children is only minutes walk from the property. The local markets of Santanyi and Felanitx are also worth the visit.

Having visited in March 08 with my husband and our 2 children, we were looking for a holiday that provided convenience and comfort. The apartment provided just that and more. It was perfect and allowed us to make the most of our stay which wasn't easy given the weather and the fact that there really wasn't enough open to occupy all of us due to the month. The layout was ideal, the furnishings were clean, the property was well maintained, although the complex generally would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and all as described in the advertisement. Excellent communication with owners, very hepful providing us with accurate directions to the apartment and deposit returned to us on our return. The location of the apartment was on the wrong side of the marina really for easy 'walking' access with 2 chilldren into Cala D'Or but once the season is open the local facilities of Cala Egos I am sure would provide all you would need and if not a 5 minute drive was all it took to get the the main part of Cala D'Or. We hired a car so this apartment gave us a good base to explore the Island on Majorca. The setting was amazing, the garden was a blessing and we would very much like to return in the summer to make the most of the pool(s) around the complex. Highly recommended but would get the most out of a stay 'in season'. One of the best apartments we have stayed in.
