Car hire, Quad hire and bike hire is again all within three minutes walk away. The excellent Coral Bay beach is easily accessible either a ten minute walk or a three or four minute drive. Beautiful views of the mountains from the rear verandas, a perfect villa for a relaxing holiday, near enough to reach the entertainment if you wish, yet private if you don't.

Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of £250.00 is chargeable, to be returned within two weeks of leaving the villa.
  No extra charges, air conditioning is included. A thirty percent deposit is required at time of booking to secure the villa for the chosen dates.
  The villa next door to us is owned by friends and the two villas can be booked together for larger parties.

The Paphos water park is about a 15 - 20 minute drive away through the picturesque harbour.
