Well, what can you say.........a villa that outshines it's description on the rentals website.A really helpful and attentive owner that replies to all your enquiries before you go and offers support from people in cyprus and her OWN mobile number if you get stuck.
Couldn't have wished for more. Great location, lovely restaurants and bars a five minute walk away yet really peaceful in and around the villa.
The lovely coral bay beach is great and only ten minutes walk from the villa, no need for a car if you don't want to explore further a field, but we did , and well worth it was too, Troodos mountains great and Kykkos monastery well worth a visit.
I would recommend this villa for it's setting, it's amenities and the very helpful owner.

I must agree on the location of the villa, it's perfect if you want to be near everything yet have privacy around your pool and garden.
I also feel that giving my contact number and that of the 24 hour call out locally, will help the guest feel supported should anything go wrong.
One of the fears most people express when booking independantly is that of not having the buffer of a ' rep' on site, well, my lovely Irina and Andrey look after the villa and guests wonderfully, they live in Coral Bay and only look after villas in Coral bay so that they are usually only a short distance away, so if guests lose keys, can't get the T.V to work or simply need advice they can respond very quickly.
My number is there as back up, knowing the villa and the area well, sometimes a quick call or text to me can sort out any worries immediately, one guest text me to ask me which bar was the best one to watch the football in !
That one was easy - The Millenium Bar at the top of the road!
