Villa Panigale - a great place to relax and get away from it all!. Fully air-conditioned and sleeping 4 people, our villa is located in Psathi, a small village in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains, overlooking a nature reserve. Although a peaceful location there is much to see and do and it's all within easy reach too. It's only a 20 minute drive to Paphos where both culture and entertainment are combined - shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, archaeological treasures & nightlife! The villa is also only 5 minutes from Tsada championship standard Golf course, and 20 minutes from Coral Bay - blue flag standard and the best natural beach in Cyprus! For the adventurous, you may want to take a short flight or mini-cruise to neighbouring Egypt or the Holy Land, visit Cairo, the Pyramids, the tomb of King Tutankhamen & the River Nile. Notes to the rental rates

• Changeover day through the summer is on Saturdays but out of season we're very happy to change this to whichever day is better for you. Rental rates include water, electricity, bedlinen and towels including pool/beach towels so no extra charges anywhere. Arrival and departure times can be arranged to suit you depending on other bookings. We will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total to secure your booking and then the balance 6 weeks before your holiday, together with a refundable security deposit of £100. Trips to Egypt

Explore the ancient wonders of Egypt on this once in a lifetime opportunity. You can take a mini-cruise, or a short flight to Cairo if you don’t want to be away from the villa overnight. Visit the Cairo Museum, see the world's finest antiquities from the tombs of the kings of Egypt. Gaze upon the mask of Tutankhamen and his array of magnificent treasures; statues, mummies, carvings, hieroglyphics, some of the most precious objects ever discovered. At the Papyrus Museum, see genuine papyrus being made in time-honoured tradition. On the outskirts of Cairo nestling on the edge of the desert you will find one of the 'Seven Wonders' of the ancient world, the awesome Pyramids of Giza. Visit the Sphinx for wonderful photo opportunities and marvel at the gigantic human-headed lion, entirely carved out of rock and measuring 21 meters high and 73 meters long. Then visit the Citadel and experience the spectacular view of the Islamic Cairo and her spectacular minarets

Trips to the Holy Land

A typical 2-night cruise: Cast off from Limassol early evening, enjoy dinner on board and arrive at Haifa early morning. After breakfast, a luxury air-conditioned coach will take you to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and a visit to the church of the nativity and grotto. After lunch in Bethlehem on to Jerusalem for a tour of the old city, the church of the Holy Sepulchre and Golgotha where Jesus was crucified and buried. The tour continues through the exotic oriental bazaar to the fascinating wailing wall. Then on to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Garden of Gethsemane via the Temple Mount, Dome of the Rock and and Al Aksa Mosque. Finally, though modern Jerusalem and the Museum of Israel where the dead sea scrolls are kept and a visit to the ‘Caprice’ Diamond Centre.Then back to the ship for dinner and an overnight sail back to Limassol. Ladies need to make sure that arms and legs are covered if visiting the wailing wall!

Golf Information:

The local village of Tsada boasts an 18-hole championship standard Golf Course set in the beautiful grounds of a 12th century monastery, and is only a 5 minute drive from the Villa. It's a lovely course with pleasant cool breezes in the summer, and with a variety of challenges from the 175yd Par 3 on the 2nd hole to the huge 527yd Par 5 on the 17th. In all the yardage is 5989 metres which apparently you should do in 71 - Best of Luck! The Club features a Driving Range, Putting Green, Pitching and Chipping area, Pro Shop, Club house, restaurant and bar, PGA qualified Instructor and a Tennis Court for your non-tennis-playing guests. When you've exhausted the Tsada course, there are two other golf courses just a 30 minute drive away - Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
