Affordable 5 bed, 5 bath luxury villa

Villa Maphráaw was built and furnished in late 2007 to a very high standard, with 300sqm of internal floor space and a 32sqm private infinity-edged pool. This villa is overlooked by no other!! Rarely will you find a villa which has 5 en-suite bedrooms!!! In addition, because this villa is brand new, it boasts amazingly low rental rates, with the aim of maximum exposure.   • Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 10:30am (early arrival and late departure upon availability of the house. Late Departure can only be confirmed on the day of check-out).
    Rental Conditions:
    • Promotion for 21 nights 15% discount (except for Peak Season)
    • A non-refundable deposit of 15% (30% for Peak season) is required to secure your reservation.
    • The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date.
    • Payments are to be made via a Pay Pal account or a bank transfer to our nominated bank account
    • Smoking within the villa is not permitted
    • If applicable, supervision of children is required around the swimming pool area at all times
    • A small security deposit (equal to 1 nights stay) will be requested from you within the first day of your arrival, and returned on the final day
  • Cancellation Conditions
    • To avoid speculative reservation, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
    • Cancellation prior to arrival: It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation.
    • In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made. The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.
