The view alone will make you want to return to this villa again and again. Situated high on the hill at Cerro D'Aguia or 'Eagle Point', an area also known as 'Millionaires' Row', you will have a fantastic outlook from every point of the villa. It is a mixture of modern and traditional combining in a homely atmosphere throughout. The accommodation is split into 2 parts:The main villa with large south facing lounge, galleried reading area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 1 cloakroom and 4 bedrooms (1 double ensuite on the 1st floor and 3 twins on the ground). Separate annex with 1 double and a small bedroom with a single bed, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. There are terraces all around the villa – some open and some shaded, giving you the choice to soak up the sun or somewhere to cool off or dine al fresco in the shade. The pool area is particularly private and not overlooked, offering the serious sunbathers the perfect opportunity for an 'all over' tan!.

The villa is tucked away is a secluded area but is within a short drive to Albufeira Old Town; Albufeira Marina; some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches (São Rafael, Galé, Castelo, Evaristo to name a few); water parks (Aqua Land and Zoomarine), Golf (Salgados is the nearest), Tennis, Water sports, Sailing, Boat Trips, Horse Riding and much more. The nearest village, Pateo, where you will find some good restaurants and local supermarkets is just a few minutes drive. Albufeira Old Town is just on from this, where there are numerous restaurants and bars, live music, shops, banks, post offices, tourist information, etc. If you don’t want to go into a busy town, then there is a choice of good restaurants and bars dotted along the roads and in the surrounding area (São Rafael/Galé). Located just 2.5 kilometres west of Albufeira, it is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, but having something lively nearby to visit as and when you wish.

Additional information about rental rates

  • On booking we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. At this point a refundable damage deposit of £250 is also payable. This is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday (provided no damage occurs). Payment can be taken by cheque or bank transfer.
  • The villa only is available for rental (sleeping up to 8 people). For details of prices please enquire.
    From October to April the separate annex (sleeping 5) only is available for rent. Please enquire for prices.
    Also enquire for long term winter lets.

  • In the main villa there is 1 Double with en-suite bathroom and 3 twins. All have lots of wardrobe space and balconies with views. All twin bedrooms are on the ground floor. The large double bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate wardrobe area and a big en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath set by the window overlooking the Marina and sea. It has a large south-east facing terrace. The separate apartment has 1 good sized bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with single bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Notes: The main villa accommodates 8 people and the separate annex to the side 5. The annex comprises of a lounge (with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, small bedroom with a single bed (suitable for children only) and a bathroom). The dining area in the main villa seats 8 and there is dining for 4 in the annex. Both the villa and separate apartment have satellite TV with free to air channels. This is a non-smoking villa and if guests wish to smoke they are asked to do so outside.

Maid service is twice weekly. Towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. Guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. On your day of arrival, your accommodation will be ready from 3.30pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30am. On arrival at the villa you will be personally met and shown around the villa. During your stay there is an on call service at all times should you require any assistance.
