The delightful front covered terraced/conservatory has a wood burning stove, and dining and seating area that overlooks the magnificent gardens, pool and countryside. The sliding doors give access to the grounds and the built-in BBQ. Wine and beer chiller – ideal for summer days. The terrace enters into a large, light, well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. CD/cassette player with speakers to kitchen and terrace. French TV. A patio door leads onto the spacious covered rear terrace that extends further to a decked terrace that has a pretty water feature. This terrace has spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets. The stone archway from the kitchens leads into the stylishly furnished sitting room that has French windows onto the rear terrace, and a stone fire place with wood-burning stove. Guests can enjoy the many paintings and objects d’art situated in the house and grounds.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and large French windows. Stairs lead down to the main bathroom with bath, basin, wc and walk-in shower. The second double bedroom has a built-in cabin bed and French windows onto the conservatory. Third double bedroom. Shower-room with basin, wc and shower and door to conservatory. On the lower floor is the laundry area and a large well-equipped gym.

The pool with roman steps has a paved terrace with table and chairs and leisure furniture. Many seating areas nestle in the gardens where guests can relax and enjoy the ambience of the house and grounds. Covered parking. The owners have three domesticated cats who will sometimes be seen around the property but they are not encouraged to enter the house and do not sleep indoors of a night-time.
