Sleeps 8. A chance to spend a relaxing time in this sought-after location at the heart of the Jurassic Coast. This family bungalow set in beautiful gardens has its own access to the Heritage Coast footpath which follows the cliffs along the entire East Devon coastline. Accommodation consisting of: A modern kitchen/diner with all modern appliances. A large dining room/lounge with six seater table and chairs. Patio doors open out onto decking and a large rear garden with views over the Exe estuary and seafront. There are four bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite and three with twin beds. There are two family bathrooms one with a shower over. The property has ample off-road parking and is situated on an exclusive development.

Excellent views and standard of accommodation

This family home is situated on the clifftop overlooking Torbay. The bedrooms are generously sized as are the living and kitchen areas. The garden is secure with a patio overlooking the stretch of coastline. This is a very comfortable and well situated property ideal for families or large groups. The garden leads to the Jurassic Coast footpath and the house served us well during our exploration of the coastal footpath. On less active days we enjoyed the beach which is a 5 minutes walk away.

great property with loads of space very homly even the neighbours were helpful. had brillant views of the airshow display while we were there. brillant back garden acess down to the beach love the kitchen everything you could need would recommened any one to stay there.
