The comfortable apartment stands in lovely landscaped communal gardens and provides a tranquil setting with spacious living/ dining room and sunny terrace in which to relax. It is ideally located within walking distance of two sandy beaches, a popular Provencal market selling delicious local produce, Port Vauban, the luxury yacht marina and the famous Picasso Museum. Bars and restaurants near the harbour, line the ancient ramparts of old Antibes with its picturesque medieval alleys full of charming boutiques and patisseries. This apartment is a great base from which to explore the classic towns of the French Riviera, both Nice and Cannes are a short train or bus ride away and St Tropez can be reached by train from the nearby station or by boat from Juan-les-Pins and Cannes. For excursions further afield discover the sumptuous hills and valleys of Provence in the delightful back country.

Provence-Cote d'Azur is blessed with great natural beauty. Along the riviera coast glamorous names like Monaco, Nice, Canne and St tropez stand out but in between these famous places are gorgeous towns and hamlets such as St. Paul de Vence, Grasse, Eze and Menton where you feel you're already in Italy. Antibes is an ancient Greek fortified town dating back to the 5th century, The old town (Vieille Ville) is about 10 minute walk from the apartment where there is a labyrinth of picturesque streets and alleys to explore as well as the architecture and landmarks that reflect the rich history of the area. Close to the apartment is the Stade Nautic where you will find an Olympic size indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a smaller pool for children and also several high spec. tennis courts. Marineland in Biot is a 10 mins bus ride away and offers delightful entertainment for children and adults alike with its Orca, dolphin and seal lion shows.

Please not that the rental period indicates nights and the end date indicates Friday night and includes Saturday morning.
Prices are based on 6 guests occupying from Saturday 15.00hrs - Saturday 10.30hrs.
Guests are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the rental period to confirm the booking and pay the balance 4 weeks before occupancy. A security deposit of ?250 / ?320 is paid on arrival in the event of damage and breakages. This is refunded on the last day subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Travel Info:
Easyjet flies to Nice airport, from there you can take bus no.200 towards Cannes which stops in Antibes 5mins from the apartment. Taxis are available at the terminal entrance. Journey time from Nice airport to the apartment is approx. 40mins by bus and 20mins by taxi/car. Europcar rental can be booked at a discount in conjunction with easyjet tickets through the easyjet website. Although a car is not necessary as there is plenty of inexpensive public transport to take you to most places on the Riviera. Antibes train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and provides a cheap and easy way to access the whole of the Mediterranean coast line in the south of France from the Italian border near Menton to Perpignan near the Spanish border.
