This semi-detached villa is built on three levels, with the living areas on the lower level. They are south facing, taking advantage of the magnificent views to St Tropez. The sitting room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated in contemporary décor. It has French windows opening out on to a large bougainvillea covered terrace + barbecue, perfect for enjoying those shady lunches and balmy Mediterranean evenings with stunning views across the bay and St Tropez beyond. There is also a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher + washing machine. The garden is large and fully enclosed with 3 parking places. There are two shared pools. The nearest, is infact, the largest at 12m x 6m which also has an alarm. Despite their communal natures, the pools are rarely crowded due to the fact that many of the other properties are seldom occupied.

Ste Maxime is a 10 minutes walkaway, along the beach.. From here, ferries run every 20/30 mins to St Tropez/Cannes. Stroll through the famous Provencal markets, view the magnificent yachts or simply watch the world go by. The nearest beach is 300m away. Ste Maxime actually boasts 6km of beaches plus many more stretching from St Tropez all the way to Nice! The choice is yours! There are plenty of activities available such as, diving, sailing, golf (two 18 hole courses), cycling, hiking, fishing, riding, mountain biking, and even a casino. There is also the famous Aqualand water park, an absolute ‘must’ for the kids. The nearest hypermarket, is located on the outskirts of Ste Maxime. Boutiques and designer shops can be found in Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud and St Tropez.
