The villa is located in Coral Bay directly opposite the famous Coral Bay sandy beach, ideal for swimming and water sports and a 5 minute's walk from the bars, restaurants, nightlife and shops of Coral Bay centre. On bus route to Paphos harbour, Castle, the Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings, the Old Town, Market and Water Park. The closest Main town is Paphos, it has extensive shopping facilities from the local market and craft stores to designer stores and large modern supermarkets. Kato Paphos, a world heritage site, hosts the beautiful harbour with its scenic Fort and nearby the Odeon and the Lighthouse. Within the Archaeological Park are the famous Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings. Paphos in Roman times was the capital of Cyprus. The Akamas Peninsula is a short drive with its abundant flora and fauna and is one of Cyprus's last remaining wilderness regions. The Troodos Mountains are a one hour drive away with its quaint old villages and magnificent views.

This beautiful Villa will exceed your expectations. We stayed for 2 weeks in July and had the best holiday ever. The Villa is very spacious and beautifully furnished and the pool is just glorious and very well maintained . Beautiful well kept gardens. A touch of class. Kyprus is in the best location, the wonderful beach over the road and the restaurants and shops 5 mins. The Elephant Restaurant is one of the best, great food and wonderful people. You certainly do not need a car, everything is right on your doorstep. Fantastic people, you will be made to feel so special. We certainly did not want to leave. Always wishing we were with you all. Thanks so much.

A wedding and a fantastic stay at Villa Kypros

Villa Kypros exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic week staying in the villa whilst in Cyprus for our daughter's wedding. Family came to visit us and everyone was so impressed. We used the villa as a back-drop for the wedding photos and the outside area was fantastic for this. The villa is so central for restaurants, the beach etc but I had wanted to feel really private and Villa Kypros was more than I had ever expected. We were there for a few days before I realised that there were villas behind the property. Linzi was so helpful before we arrived in Cyprus and during the week. She also came to see the wedding party leave the villa which we felt was great. I would recommend Villa Kypros to anyone wanting a very clean, well equipped, central villa with fantastic outside space and pool. It was everthing I had wanted for our Cyprus villa and much, much more. Thanks Linzi for a wonderful time and for my daughter and her new husband having a fantastic place to use for some of their photos and the bridesmaids having the use of the villa on the day of the wedding to enjoy it too.

We all had the most fabulous holiday ever the villa is beautiful, the pool and gardens too. lindsey is a star! We went for a week in may we wished we had booked for 2 wks. Its so close to the beach and restaurants yet you would never know you were only a few minutes away from everything in its private secluded grounds, we recommend The Elephant restaurant the food was excellent and the staff were so freindly and loved kids. We would highly recommend it.You feel so safe and secure and its especially safe for children of all ages. Lindsey couldnt have been more helpful and such a lovely person, were hoping to go back in september for 2 weeks this time. A truly wonderful holiday was had by us all.

It Just Gets Better And Better.

We have just returned from our Easter holiday at Villa Kypros, that was the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 4 years. From the time Lindsay picks you up from the airport your holiday begins ( She really should work for the Cyprus Tourist Board) . Everything about the villa and its location are superb whether you require relaxation or you fancy exploring the island. The pool is wonderful plenty of places to sunbathe or plenty of areas of shade, it really has it all. Coral bay is a very friendly place with many excellent restaurants for you to eat at - you wont be disappointed, we particularly enjoyed the Italian Restaurant and The Elephant Restaurant. The close proximity of the beach and the shops and restaurants means that there is no real need for a car, the local bus service to Paphos is excellent and cheap! Go-Kating was a lot of fun and within easy walking distance.The villa itself was immaculate, everything you could possibly want it is like being at home, everthing is at hand. I would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone because i know that it has everything anyone could want from a holiday.Enjoy your stay and i guarantee you will want to return.

We were very lucky to stay at Villa Kypros last June, the Villa was amazing in every way and both Lindsay and John were both such lovely people who made us all feel very welcome and at ease. The beach is really only a two minute walk! We had a really lovely meal at a restaurent called El Classico in Paphos recommended by Lindsay and John. It was a great holiday which I have lovely memories of. The master bedroom and main bathroom were beautiful!
