New fully air conditioned executive villa is privately owned, overlooking a private lake.The Villa accommodates 8 plus cot and has its own screened pool. Downstairs: 1 Luxury master bedroom with New Huge king size bed (new furniture and Linen June 2008) with en-suite bathroom +TV, dining room, large lounge with TV, DVD & music centre, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.1/2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with sliding doors leading to screened private south facing pool with deck furniture/lounger's for outside dining, overlooking lake. Upstairs: 1 queen sized with CD player, 1 twin, 1 family den with large 3 seater sofa bed and TV/DVD Player, 2nd full bathroom. Ceiling Fans in every room, Bed linen, house & pool towels, cot buggy, highchair & hairdryer, beach chairs, cool boxes and parasols . Wireless internet is provided. No Smoking/Pets.

Close to Ellington outlet mall, Anne Marie Island, and only 30 mins from Sarasota, Our villas are on the edge of Tara Golf and Country Club, there is great choice of Resturants, Takeaways, Pharmacy, Petrol station and bank as well as grocery store etc. Walking through the golf course is easy on all the pavements which pass many lakes with wonderful wildlife.

Well maintained property within easy reach of main highway. All amenities in good condition and very safe as in a gated community. South facing so sun all day with a good size swimming pool.

Wonderful place for a great family holiday

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and we found the villa to be ideal for us and our needs. It was in excellent condition throughout, very clean on our arrival and gaining access was very straightforward and easy. The pool was great, kept the boys entertained for hours. Overall we felt it was excellent value for money.

I have no hesitation in recomending this house to anyone, all stages of the booking process were well managed and professional, book with confidence.

just returned from a lovely 2 weeks stay.villas close 2 every thing u need, only 30mins from some of the best beaches in florida,plenty of local amentites, a very nice golf course(didnt use).great for wildlife spotting children had lots of fun spotting for the gators in the lake! would recommend these villas to anyone,nearest airport is tampa about 40mins drive.children wants us to book again for next year,and i hope to do so. lisa/mark/hannah and lucy
