Alcazaba Beach is located at the beginning of the New Golden Mile, still within walking-biking distance of Estepona boulevard, old-town and port (to the west). Estepona town and port have many great restaurants from typical Spanish, Italian, French etc in a nice atmosphere with lots of outside terrace dining. To the east, within 5 minutes walking (over the beach or road) the 5 star Kempinski resort and the polynesian village of Laguna Village with a chique lounge beach club, high end shops and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus with its famous marina and restaurants and Marbella (20 minutes). Many renowned golf courses within 15 minute drive. Beautiful mountains behind within a short drive to white villages like Casares Gaucin Ronda, with also the Costa da Luz (Tarifa, Cadiz) close by. Estepona´s location is very central.   • All rates include use of electricity (also airco-heating etc.), water and use of all facilities (tennis, fitness, paddle, watersports, pools, beach chairs etc.
    Beach chairs by the pools are always free, although in the peak summer season there is a small charge for the beach chairs on the seafront (to avoid having to get up early to put towels on the chairs!). These can be reserved in advanced through the central administration office, in specially selected preferred locations (the number of the apartment will be put on these chairs).
  • In the unfortunate event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel your holiday we will do our best to rent the apartment for the applicable period. If so, we will refund the 30% reservation deposit.

Notes: This luxury apartment has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and is very complete throughout, including kitchen appliances (all Siemens ) table wear, beachwear (cool bags, seating cushions for beach chairs etc.). Kitchen with see through bar. There is nothing we haven´t thought of to make you as comfortable as possible; you will not regret staying in this paradise. The apartment is very light and spacious with a modern yet warm and cosy feeling to it. You will feel at home immediately ; quiet and yet close to everything! The terraces (in 2 parts) overlook the garden area and are south facing, partly covered and also have extra sunscreens if necessary. English sky satellite and Dutch satellite (all channels), plus over 100 other channels. The apartment is easily accessible from the underground garage (elevator). Surrounded by beautiful gardens (13 hectares!), which at night (like the pools) are lit and make you feel like you´re staying in a 5 star resort...truly the best

A truly unique paradise in 5 * facilities...: Alcazaba Beach is special, to say the least. Who has been there once, will understand why. Despite the size (13 hectares) it has a very intimate feeling (low built). Owners are proud of their property and maintance of apartments and unique gardens is of the highest standards.Both visitors (renters) and owners are of a good standard, making it a quiet haven for the perfect holiday. Security is of a high standard (video camera´s, gated).In the apartment you will find a list of great restaurants, typical Spanish tapas, great fish, steak, Italian, French etc. The choice is overwhelming, the art is to find the most special; either in the cosy port, typical Spanish old town, romantic seaside, mountains or places like Puerto Banus and Marbella. The good thing is that you don’t need to go far, within a few minutes you will find excellent quality and atmosphere. Alcazaba restaurant on the seafront in summer is a great place with its outdoor terrace as well. The owner will happily advise you!

Estepona : Unlike many of the towns on the Costa del Sol, Estepona understands the importance of preserving her Andalusian Spanish character. Most of her buildings date back to last century and the town is a maze of white-washed, narrow streets, shaded squares and pretty patios with many nice restaurants and terraces to enjoy. Down at the harbour, totally rebuilt in 1977, fish is auctioned daily on the quayside. There are also a variety of sport amenities in Estepona port along with dolphin spotting trips, sailing and fishing excursions. Estepona port is lively with many nice restaurants and bars. The Estepona coastline, shallow and sandy, extends over more than 21 km. The Rada Beach, located in front of town, has all services: restaurants, beach bars, showers, lifeguards, etc. , The Cristo Beach forms a charming cove, and is ideal for any time of the year,being quite sheltered with shallow waters and great beach bars to enjoy lunch or a drink on the sandy beaches; the 'European Caribbean'!

Car Hire and transport: Renting a car in Spain is not expensive and will give you that extra bit of freedom to move around and get the best out of the surrounding area. Even though you can do without a car, it is recommended to rent one. Contact the owner for the best car rental site in Spain, with the cheapest rates available. After many years of experience also with friends and family definitely the best rates, for mostly new cars and great service. Never been let down once. For people that don´t want to drive, there is a bus stop just minutes away (to Puerto Banus, Marbella Estepona town and port etc.). Also, everything is within walking distance (beach, supermarket, boulevard, old town and port). Local taxis are not expensive and available via security. In the apartment you find a list with all the important telephone numbers (taxi, hospital (only 5 minutes away), emergency, recommended restaurants, etc).

Ski: Skiing... In the winter period, skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada mountains by Granada. From Estepona this is a 2 hour drive and can easily be done in a day trip. Estepona´s location (very central in Andalucia) is ideal to do different day trip to a variety of interesting places.

Golf: A haven for golfers... The stretch of Andalusia between Gibraltar and Malaga is a real paradise for golfers- With more than 50 courses to choose from! Estepona forms a perfect base for playing golf all through the year, the Costa del SOL = the Costa del GOLF, with the best climate in Europe to enjoy it the most... With beautiful views to the mountains and sea. A few courses in the vicinity are: (10 minute drive): Estepona Golf ,Atalaya Golf ,El Paraiso Golf ,Los Flamingos ,Guadalmina, Monte Mayor, (15 minute drive): Los Arqueros, Casares Golf, Dona Julia, La Quinta Golf, Los Arqueros.
