Niro's Place is an exclusive new beach house on the most beautiful white sandy beach of the Kenyan South Coast. It has 4 spacious AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and mosquito nets, of which one luxury masters bedroom with private saloon. All rooms have private bathroom, over sized beds of 2.00 x 2.30m and own balcony with splendid view on the Indian Ocean. There are no bathrooms to share! Niro's Place has a high quality fully equiped kitchen with separate sweet waterpoint to wash vegetables ! A personal cook is provided on special request. A beautiful tilled swimming-pool of 6x13m is surrounded by a tropical garden and a lot of coconut trees. A romantic gazebo at the end of the garden near the beach invites you to listen to the waves of the Indian Ocean! Pool towels are provided for the 11 sunbeds on the terraces around the villa. The romantic veranda with a large dining table invites you to take breakfast or dinner outside. Our 9 persons house staff welcomes you !

Additional information about rental rates

  • The renting prices are for an occupation of 6 persons. We ask a supplement of 100 euro/person/week for more then 6 persons older then 2.
    The transfer from and to Mombasa is free up to 6 persons. We ask 150 euro for the airport shuttle if more then 6 persons.
  • A deposit amount of 50% is request at the moment of reservation, together with the renting contract. This amount is not refundable in any case. The balance left has to be paid 60 days before arrival.
    A guarantee amount of 600 euro can be paid in cash money the first day of arrival or on the same account of the rent. It willl be refunded the last day after inventory and without damage or lost, or within 8 days aether leaving the house and after inventory.

There is also a separate guest toilet at the first floor. Towels are provided and changed when necessary: dirty towels stay on the floor, other you hang up! There are also pool-towels provided for the 8 sunbeds on the terraces around the swimming-pool.

  • All beds are oversized 2.00 x 2.30 m and have mosquito nets. The 4 spacious bedrooms are all air-conditioned with ceiling fans and have en-suite private bathroom and nice balcony! The masters bedroom has 2 extra single beds for families with children! There is also a baby cot available! The green room has one extra single bed. Total sleeps are 11! Bedsheets are provided and changed twice a week or when necessary! Towels ar changed when necessary, durty towels stay on the floor, others you just hang up! Large pool towels are also provided and daily changed!

Beautiful villa with idyllicviews overlooking the Indian Ocean. Spacious and well equiped inside, the villa far exceeded all our expectations. The staff were fantastic, they were friendly, discreet and wonderfully helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, we were waited on hand and foot. I would throughly recomend hiring the cook, Paul looked after us royally and cooked anything we requested. Cornellius the manager was really helpful and will book or arrange anything, from a taxi to a safari. We were a family of six, covering three generations and we all agreed that it was the best two week holiday that we had ever had.
