Casa Llamedos is a detached homely villa located in a quiet residential area, with off road parking. Just a short walk away are a fine variety of restaurants, bars, cafes,shops and a supermarket. Moraira and the beaches are a two minute drive away. The villa is comfortably furnished and has a large lounge/diner with English TV and a stereo/DVD system. From the lounge/diner, double doors lead to a glazed Naya (covered terrace), which in turn leads to an outdoor terrace for those al fresco meals and one step down is the beautiful sparkling private pool. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedded), each with an en-suite shower room and air conditioning. A third bed is available at a small surcharge. For the cooler evenings there is a gas fire and central heating making Casa Llamedos a year long retreat. Surrounding the private pool is ample terracing with sun loungers, ideal when relaxing and enjoying the heat of the Spanish sun.

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 95 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Salida 63 at 11 Kilometres
The pretty village of Moraira is close by, with its fishing port, Marina and a truly remarkable variety of restaurants and shops to please all tastes and pockets. The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are only a few minutes drive away. The villa is about an hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airport and is situated in what is known as the 'Golden Triangle', between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. There are a number of attractive resorts and bays along the coast. Inland there are some spectacular mountain roads and the beautiful Jalon Valley to visit. Should you need the bright lights of Benidorm, it is a 30 minute drive away with the Terra Mitica theme park and the Aqualandia Water Park nearby.   • Security deposit of 150 GBP. This will be refunded to you after your departure and on return of the villa keys. 25% deposit upon booking and the balance with the security bond are payable eight weeks before your booking. From 1 November to 28 February minimum booking of 10 Days. Week from 22/08/09 reduced to 500 GBP + week from 29/08/09 reduced to 500 GBP
  • These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to four/five persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water. All bedding and towels for internal use are provided (no maid service). Poolside/beach towels available at a supplement of 4€ per towel per week..

Notes: Surrounding the private pool is ample terracing with sun loungers, ideal when relaxing and enjoying the heat of the Spanish sun. For the serious sun worshipper there is a solarium, a private roof terrace, accessed by an outside spiral staircase. On the far side of the private pool is a gas barbecue with outdoor kitchen, fridge and a bar. An ideal spot for the men to prepare the meal. The newly landscaped garden contains several fruit trees; feel free to enjoy the fruits. The private pool is accessed by inset Roman steps and has the benefit of metal exit steps at the deeper end.

Maid service: Although no daily maid service is available, this essentially self catering holiday villa comes complete in every respect and includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. You will be provided with the villa managing agents contact number should any help or assistance be needed. We are confident that Casa Llamedos will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Arrival and Departure: The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be prepared for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

we stayed at casa llamedos from the 2/04/09 to the 16/04/09 and loved every minute , in our party were me my wife our 4 year old daughter and my parents , the villa is actually 3 bedroom witch was a pleasent surprise as a spare room was opened up for us complete with its own toilet and wash basin and was perfect for our daughter, this is the second time we have stayed near moraira and felt we had to return after enjoying the first time so much, once you land at the villa you might think you are a little isolated but once you have found your way around witch does`nt take long you will really love the place ,the local taxi service is excelent and if you like walking everything is in reach via pleasent walks, within about a ten minite stroll you have all you need i:e supermarket,bars davids chippy witch is excelent cash bank and even an english owned pie shop, the villa itself is realy homely with all the mod cons , another surprise we had was the ammount of land the villa stood in and the garden at the bottom was a heaven for our little girl where she played for hours, during our stay we hired a car for our second week and was able to venture a little further with ease , calpe is only 10km away and benidorm about 45km away but both are well worth a visit, hope whoever stays at casa llamedos enjoys it as much as we did , we would without doubt return , bye for now,

Six weeks of sun!

This villa was everything desired, obviously equipped as a home rather than just a holiday let!
Furnishings were tasteful and clean. It is situated in a quiet road so very little traffic and adjacent villas are a good distance apart. It is located up a rather steep hill so we mostly used the car. New Mas y Mas supermarket within walking distance and a very short drive into town where everything happens! My husband, being a keen golfer, was happy that Ifach golf course is only a mile way and the views from the bar are superb. Recommended restaurants El Chamizo , book a table overlooking the sea and L'Augost in the main square.
