Casa Llamedos is a detached villa located in a quiet residential area, with off road parking. Just a short walk away are a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops and a supermarket. Moraira and the beaches are a two minute drive away. The villa is comfortably furnished and has a large lounge/diner with English TV and a stereo/dvd system. From the lounge/diner, double doors lead to a glazed Naya (covered terrace), which in turn leads to an outdoor terrace for those al fresco meals and one step down is the beautiful sparkling private pool. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedded), each with an en-suite shower room and air conditioning. A third bed is available at a small surcharge. For the cooler evenings there is a gas fire and central heating. Surrounding the private pool is ample terracing with sun loungers, ideal when relaxing and enjoying the heat of the Spanish sun.

Location

Nearest airport:   Alicante at 90 Kilometres

The villa is about an hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airport and is situated in what is known as the 'Golden Triangle', between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. There are a number of attractive resorts and bays along the coast. Inland there are some spectacular mountain roads and the beautiful Jalon Valley to visit. Should you need the bright lights of Benidorm, it is a 30 minute drive away with the Terra Mitica theme park and the Aqualandia Water Park nearby.
