This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a small 3 storey block with a lift and is situated near to the beach and harbour in the Picturesque village of Alvor. The lounge, kitchen and bedroom patio-doors all open on to the balcony which is equipped with table and chairs and also has sea view. This luxurious apartment is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped and fitted kitchen consisting of fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, four ring gas hob, electric full size oven with extractor hood. The lounge/dining room has two and three seater sofas, side tables with lamps, side board, wine cabinet, table and chairs to seat four persons. There is also satellite television (Showing all the popular U.K. channels) dvd player and cd/radio. There is a shared roof terrace with panoramic views over Alvor and surrounding areas. The shops, excellent restaurants, beach and harbour are just minutes from the apartment. Secure, private parking space .

Alvor is a very traditional picturesque Portuguese fishing village with a lovely harbour and wonderful 4.5 km. stretch of wide, clean, safe and sandy beach. The easterly end of the beach at 'Tres Irmaos' is backed cliffs and caves of which the Algarve is well known. Alvor now has a wide waterfront promenade with lots of excellent restaurants and bars where one sit and watch the fishing boats. The area is also a golfer's paradise with many of the Algarve's famous courses nearby, nearest are Alto, Penina, Boa Vista, Morgado and Palmaris. Nearby resorts of Lagos and Praia da Rocha are just a few minutes drive or taxi ride away, as is the lovely Marina of Portimao. Enjoy a trip to Monchique Mountains to enjoy the spectacular views, a days shopping at the Algarve Shopping Centre or the nearby waterparks.

We have just spent 11 days at this apartment and would not hesitate to return.The owners met us on arrival to show us round this beautiful spotless apt.It has all mod cons and is very comfortable.We felt very safe as the security in the apt block was excellent.The roof top sunbathing facility comes recommended.A car is not needed as you are so handy for all the facilities available in alvor.
