This elegant hillside villa is on an exclusive development of 7 homes, situated in an up-market area of Yalikavak and is one of 3 villas on the site that offer the most stunning unobstructed sea and mountain views. It has been beautifully furnished with quality fittings and is superbly equipped with everything you will need for a stress free holiday. From the private swimming pool you can look out over the stunning turquoise sea or from the spacious terrace, enjoy a relaxed barbecue and soak up those fabulous views. Alternatively, just a five minute drive into the picturesque town of Yalikavak, there are a large number of excellent restaurants to choose from. Within five minutes walk is a shop and 3 small restaurants and 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. For those wishing to sight-see there are plenty of interesting towns and pretty fishing villages to visit and of course glamorous Bodrum is a must! The Bodrum Peninsula enjoys an excellent year round climate.

The pretty town of Yalikavak is just a short drive or taxi ride away and boasts a fantastic brand new marina where you can take a day trip on a Gulet (boat) and explore the area. The town itself has great shops to browse around and be sure to visit the local market on Thursdays, where you can buy everything from tee-shirts to Turkish delight! Villages such as Gundogan, Gumusluk, Ortakent, Torba and Turgutreis are well worth a visit too. If you are looking for some vibrant night life then Bodrum, with its bustling streets and fantastic restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away. Why not visit St Peters Castle, or the amphitheatre which hosts regular shows and the Mausoleum (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) while you are there?

Our family spent a week at the villa this June. Making arrangements with the owner was extremely easy and they were very helpful. The villa has incredible views, a pristine swimming pool, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely patio. The bedrooms are all very nice and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The small village is very nice and it is a good base for daily excursions. Local people are very friendly. Camel beach was a great spot that is close by, and Lake Baha was wonderful. Lots of good restaurants! Definitely need a car.

Just spent the most relaxing week at this beautifully presented villa, with it's wonderful views and a pristine pool that is maintained daily.
Yalikavak was perfect for us -not to big and not to small with many different bars and restaurants to choose from.

Spectacular Sunset

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this special villa. The furniture ,pool and equipment were first class.Sitting on the patio watching the fantastic sun sets was magical.Being met at the airport with a car was ideal and saved any stress in locating the villa. Local restaurants were good and very helpful in providing vegetarian meals. An information book in the house suggesting local points of interest and some maps would have been helpful.

Breathtaking!!

Just returned from a week in this beautiful villa. The view and standard of accommodation were both excellent. I would recommend hiring a car because the main village of Yalikavak is about 8 mins drive away. We went with our 9 and 2 year old and both had a great time. This was our first time to Turkey and we would definitely return. Thanks Sandra for all your help and efficient communication.
