Great location beside a 20 kilometre stretch of lovely sandy beach This 2 bedroom apartment is on a small quiet complex ideal for relaxation. It is right beside a large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars,on the outskirts of Denia. The apartment is in immaculate condition and well equipped for self -catering. It has a large balcony from which to watch your children or relax. This 2 bedroom holiday apartment on the Costa Blanca Spain is within a gated complex and has its own private parking space. It has hot and cold air-conditioning included in the price.Las Marinas is on the outskirts of the lovely Spanish town of Denia which has a lovely harbour with pleasant walks, cafes, bars and restaurants. Across the road from the complex is a park with a children playground .

Holiday rental located right beside the 20 kilometre stretch of lovely sandy beach at Las Marinas. Las Marinas is less crowded in summer than some of the beaches in neighbouring towns. This holiday rental is on the outskirts of Denia (voted the 3rd healthiest place to live by the World Health Organisation). There are over 100 restaurants to choose from in Denia. Denia has a very important harbour with lovely walks, both restaurants & bars overlooking the sea. There is a ferry connection to the Balearic Islands. A boat trip can be taken in summer to Javea, Altea and Benidorm. There is also a scenic train. Within a short drive are the following parks-Aqualandia, Terra Natural Animal park, Terra Mitica Theme Park (which boasts some of the largest rides in Europe), Vergel Safari Park & Sea world. Denia Charters offer half day, full day & week long hire of powerboats. Denia is a working Spanish town with top of the range clothes shops. Denia is a 1 hour drive from Valencia.

Shopping: In Denia there is a lovely indoor daily market where fresh produce can be purchased ar reasonable prices every day.There is also a fish market where fresh fish can be purchased when the fishing boats return to Denia in the evening. A few kilometres away in Ondara is a large shopping centre.

Children: Across the road from the complex is a nice park with swings,slides etc for small children.In season there is a little kiosk where soft drinks may be had while watching the little ones. The Spanish themselves use this facility a lot.

We were more than delighted with this apartment as it was perfect for young children and we have three under six, including a young baby. The apartment is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is on the first floor but the modern lift makes this well suited to young families. The description was very accurate and our comfort was totally fulfilled. I loved the security of a coded gate for keeping our children in and maintaining privacy. The pool was extremely clean and the young childrens' section was an added bonus. We visited in May and it was almost a private pool. If your children aren't yet in school it would be a great time to visit as it wasn't too hot at this time of the year. A car was recommended and this was good advice allowing us a convenient day trip to Valencia as well as bringing us into Denia town centre to shop, visit the toy museum (our children loved it) and to eat in the wonderful 'Miramar' restaurant. The marina area was great for walks. Beaches are not the most beautiful but we didn't hear our kids complaining. In conclusion our dealings with the owner were very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
Owner's Response: Delighted with this review but a bit surprised at comment on the beach.The beach is 10kilometres long and sandy!

Location is excellent: beach within 100 meters, nice swimmingpool. Supermarket and restaurants within 300 meters. Large livingroom and balcony, Very complete inventory.

Is was an fantastic holiday. Our boths kids (4 and 11 years) have enjoyed our stay in Denia. The apartment was very good; lots of space, nice swimmingpool and nearby the beach. There are enough possibilities for trips in the environment; Valencia is impressive! The weather was beautiful.
