Casa Emika is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen villa with a private pool for sole use and is not overlooked, also private terraces again not overlooked. The villa is set in the stunning Andalucian countryside with dramatic panoramic views of Mount Maroma and the mountain ranges of Sierra Tejada. A must for all those seeking a holiday retreat. It is within a short drive of Lake Vinuela with its amazingly coloured turquoise water. Drive to nearby villages which have small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Torre del Mar is only 20 mins away with its amazing stretch of beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is superbly located with an excellent connecting road network giving very easy access to all main centres including Malaga 45 mins away, Granada 90 mins, Cordoba 90 mins, Nerja 35 mins, Baviria golf course 20 mins, Sierra Nevada (Ski Resort) 1.5 hours.

Nearest Beach: beach at 15 Kilometres

Torre del Mar is approx 20 mins drive with a long stretch of sandy beach, and plenty of beach cafes and restaurants. There is a large bus station here with direct connections to Malaga, Nerja and Almeria. Express coaches to Malaga are every 30 mins. Lake Vinuela is 8 mins away with its stunning water and horse riding and boating in high season. Velez Malaga is an historic town nearby. It has good range of shops, banks, bars and restaurants. El Ingenio is a large indoor shopping centre with hypermarket, designer shops, bowling alley, cinema, water park and go kart track all 15 mins away. Granada is 1.5 hours away with the world famous Alhambra Palace. Ronda, Marbella, Seville and Cordoba are all within reach for day trips. The busy resort of Nerja is approx 35 mins drive with an array of shops, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. Bavaria golf course (18 hole course) is within 20 mins drive located at Caleta de Velez Club and buggy hire available.

Outside:: The property has a very large private terrace around the pool, fully equipped with sun loungers, good quality patio furniture, parasol and a BBQ area as well as a pool shower. The whole area can be lit up at night including the pool. There is also a large covered terrace with comfy wicker furniture allowing even more amazing views. There is parking for several cars.

Guest comments:: Thank you for a wonderful holiday, felt very welcome and relaxed, enjoyed the surrounding areas and found your helpful advice very useful in getting around. Thanks again and hope see you next year.

Booking Notes:: We require a 50% deposit and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, at which time a £200 refundable breakages deposit is also required.

Stunning location with magnificent views. Wonderful panoramic outlook. Totally relaxing! Very spacious villa immaculately kept. HOME FROM HOME!!! Excellent hostess always available to assist without being intrusive.
Accessible to air condition shopping mal and Torre del Marre beach/restaurants/town and local market stalls late into the evening. Also great Aqua Park nearby. Fantastic family holiday. Definitely recommend for all.

The villa was lovely and clean with good facilities. The rooms are very spacous. There were 7 of us in our group, we never felt cramped or crowded. The location is lovely, very quiet, the drive to villa was around the mountains with very dramatic views. A car is a must have.

Karen was extremely helpful and we would recommend this holiday.

Wonderful Villa

We spent a delightful week here in June and we can heartily recommend this to anyone who wants to combine a relaxing holiday in their own villa, with the charm of rural Andalucia and also have a base for day-trips.
Casa Emika is stunning and we can vouch for the accuracy of the photos and the views are if anything better than shown.
Karen lives nearby and is a perfect host. She is there for any queries and is totally non-intrusive. We took to her immediately.
Having stocked up with food from the Eroski supermarket we combined lazing beside the pool with a couple of day trips and the highlight was a visit to the Alhambra in Granada.
The route from Rubite to Granada is spectacular and is worth it for the journey alone.
(Note that you really do need to book Alhambra visits in advance!)
But the villa is so comfortable, the surroundings so attractive and the pool so inviting, that most days we were perfectly content to to stay at home.
(Furthermore, for any sports fans, the Satellite TV allows you to keep up with events back in the UK).
In short we look forward to returning and we would thoroughly Casa Emika.

Absolutely stunning villa. The scenery and location is superb and a very safe environment for all ages. The description of the villa does not do it justice as far exceeded all expectations and will certainly be looking to return in the future. Only a short drive from a huge supermarket and the beach, yet away from it all with peace and quiet to recharge your batteries. Would thoroughly recommend this villa, along with the warm welcome we received upon arrival. Definitely one to recommend.

Absolutely superb away from it all location. Wonderful veiws, not a high rise to be seen! Lots of walking from the door or lazing on the terrace, whatever takes your fancy. Warm welcome from Karen. Highly recommended.
