Nice location - clean and well maintained

Fairport Rochester NY
Review Submitted: June 7, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
The apartment is in a nice location - conveniently located to buses, metros, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars, etc. There is a wonderful market right around the corner that we visited each day.
Prior to the trip the owner sent very detailed information on how to get around the city from the location we were staying - this was very helpful. She was also very helpful answering a few questions prior to our arrival. The owner also offered transportation from the airport to the apartment - a nice touch after our 8 hour flight.
Apartment was clean and well maintained. We would recommend this apartment to others.

Spacious, comfortable, well decorated and equiped apt located in the heart of old Rome. Markets, wonderful restaurants and major attractions are within walking distance otherwise transport by bus is directly accross the street and very easy to access all sites. Owner well organized providing many information manuels which were of great benefit. Transport from the airport was also arranged by owner and greeting us with a bottle of wine was agreat way to start a vacation!

The perfect spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Rome staying in this apartment. It was everything we were promised and more because of all the little extra's that were in the apartment waiting for us. Prior to arrival we were sent a VERY comprehensive brochure about the apartment, the area ( restaurants, supermarkets etc ) tansport and so much other useful information which made a big difference to our stay. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and even organised a very reasonable airport transfer ( 35 euro's ) for us when we arrived which I would highly recommend.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

An excellent home away from home in Rome

antimony99 Queensland, Australia
Review Submitted: September 23, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
We had the pleasure of staying in the CristalHome apartment in September 2008. There were 3 adults, who found the apartment suited us perfectly.
We were given a warm personal welcome by Carla and Cristina (whose English is excellent) complete with a bottle of wine. The apartment is very comfortable, homely and well-appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, wireless internet, an excellent bathroom and plenty of towels. Extensive wardrobe space is available in the bedroom.
Cristina has provided comprehensive and detailed information on the apartment, its equipment, and tourist and travel information. We chose a restaurant from her recommended list and went there twice (Piccola Roma).
The location is ideal. Across the road we enjoyed excellent coffee and a daily warm welcome. The cafe also sells snacks. There are nearby a supermarket, a tobacconist (who sells stationery, blank DVDs, transport tickets etc), and ATMs. Taking a bus from the bus stop across the road will take you to the major sites in Rome. At the end of the road you will find a Metro stop.
The apartment is very reasonably priced, and in every way I would recommend it for comfort, convenience and Cristina's personal and always helpful advice and support-she is a true professional, and made our stay one we hope that we can repeat in the future.

Just fantastic in so many ways. Great location, very spacious, quiet, close good restaurants, close to groceries, and other needed shopping, a true residential area close to everything, friendly neighbors great hosts, and just plain fun. I had broken my leg and was in a cast and wheelchair and the elevator was from heaven. My daughter and grandsons ages 10 and 12 really felt at home and in fact started to say let's head home now without even thinking about it. Since I have discovered your services my vacations to Europe have taken on a whole new quality of life.
