Casa Aguila is a beautiful open plan holiday home with the style, quality and location for a perfect holiday. The contemporary furnished lounge has cream leather sofas and double patio doors lead to the sun terrace and pool. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has absolutely everything to make a 'quick snack' or a 'four course dinner'.The master bedroom enjoys views over the terrace and pool and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of bath, shower, two washbasins and WC. The large second bedroom has twin beds and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The large south facing private sun terrace enjoys the sun all day and into the evening and includes a partially shaded area perfect for relaxed alfresco dining by the pool. The electrically heated pool, landscaped gardens and large built-in BBQ all benefit from concealed lighting at night making it ideal for dining and a night time swim. Come and have a holiday in our home - we're sure you will return again & again!

Situated 90 miles from the West Coast of Africa, Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands renowned for its year round climate. Playa Blanca is located on the favoured south west coast having a picturesque promenade with plenty of ocean front cafes, bars and restaurants, making it perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a relaxing family holiday. Las Coloradas is just a five minute drive from Playa Blanca Town Centre and is an exclusive development of single storey villas on the edge of the Papagayo National Park and near to the new Rubicon Marina. Nearby sandy beaches include the famous Papagayo Beaches, Playa Dorada and several sandy coves. Casa Aguila is quietly situated in an elevated position in a tranquil pretty cul-de-sac on the Las Coloradas development situated between the beautiful white sandy Papagayo Beaches (a 15minute walk away or five minutes by car) and the new Rubicon Marina with its many fine dining restaurants, designer stores, bars and coffee shops.

  • Tariff : The above prices are based on 2 people sharing, please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of four. £150 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa with the full balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Electric pool heating is available at £50.00 per week ensuring a warm pool even in the winter months. Please note there is a minimum stay for Christmas 2009 and 2010 of two weeks. Cot and High Chair hire are available on request.
  • Notes on Accommodation: Fans are supplied for your comfort, and all linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided along with a complete weekly villa clean. The swimming pool is also cleaned every week. A comprehensive guest information file is available in the villa giving details of restaurants, activities, places of interest, day trips, shopping, supermarkets etc., Debbie and Ian who live in Las Coloradas take care of the villa for us and will help with any holiday query you may have. Taxis are readily available and reasonable priced.

Casa Aguila - a home from home

My husband & I have just returned from a stay in Casa Aguila (2 - 16 Nov 2008) & it was truly wonderful. It is exactly as the photographs show. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area. There are several superb sandy beaches very close by. Although the nearest supermarket is not very far away, it would have been quite a chore to get all the groceries - water & wine etc. being so heavy! We hired a car for the duration of our stay and could lock it safely away in the spacious garage.
The villa was spotlessly clean and there was ample crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans etc. A lovely dishwasher so we could be really lazy and a nice big fridge/freezer too. The built-in BBQ was great and we used it as often as we could. Again loads of BBQ utensils. We never found a coffee filter cone but other than that absolutely everything was to hand.
We restricted our luggage allowance to 15kg so having pool towels provided was a great saving. Also, It was a luxury to have towelling covers on the sunbed cushions.
If you enjoy reading, there are lots of novels to choose from in the villa.
We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny. The pool was kept very clean and there it had a cover which we easily pulled across the pool each evening.
Lanzarote is only a small Island and so all the places of interest are very accessible with a hire car.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. If we are fortunate enough to visit Lanzarote again, the first thing we would do is to check the availabilty of Casa Aguila. There can't be many villas as nice as this one.
