Notes to the rental rates

• Short Term Stay:
  We require a deposit of £100 (GBP) (non refundable) for each week of your stay, to confirm the booking and the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to your stay.
  ** Please note if you are booking less than 8 weeks prior to your stay, full payment including the key and damage deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking.
  Prices are inclusive of all bills
  We also request a key and damage deposit of £300 GBP (to be paid with the remaining balance), which will be refunded to you upon inspection after your departure.
  Please note tenants will need to return keys to the villa by 10am on the day of their departure. Requirements to remain beyond this time may require an additional charge and must be discussed prior to stay with the Owners.

Historic Sights

Kato Paphos Located in the lower part of Paphos, this is a charming part of town that has an atmosphere and life of its own. The Mosaics of Paphos Located in Kato Paphos near the harbour. They are the most famous historical sights in Paphos. The mosaics are, considered to be the best in the Eastern Mediterranean and depict scenes from Greek mythology. The Tombs of the Kings Located 2km (1.2mi) north of Kato Paphos. It is a wide area containing fascinating tombs carved into the rock of the sea-cliff. Petra Tou Romiou (Birthplace of Aphrodite) Located 25 km east of Paphos. According to local legend, Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, rose from the waves here. Paphos Castle Located in Kato Paphos the castle was originally built as a Byzantine fort in order to protect the harbour.

Skiing

The Troodos mountains are also close by with magnificent forests, traditional villages and monasteries, with skiing available from January to early March.
