Secluded garden to rear of property plus large private garden across the lane which borders the forest. Private parking. Superb sandy beaches, championship golf courses, fishing, watersports and numerous tourist attractions within easy reach. The cottage is only 5km from the centre of Dinan, a historic medieval city with its timber framed buildings and cobbled streets. Explore the ramparts and castle, Gothic churches, watch traditional craftsmen and artists at work or just relax in one of the numerous bars or restaurants. Visit the boutiques or weekly market, one of the largest in Brittany. Take a boat trip from the Port of Dinan to St Malo, exploring the beautiful River Rance or hire a bicycle and travel along the canal towpath. There are many championship golf courses, the nearest being only 15 mins drive. A fishing lake is 1 km away where regular competitions are held. Explore the forest with its ancient monoliths and learn of the local legends with a guided tour. The coast has a variety of unspoilt, uncrowded beaches, from vast expanses of sand to secluded rocky coves. Visit chateaux, zoos, water parks and Mont St Michel, the magical monastery, or just enjoy walking and cycling in the tranquil country lanes.
