This Quad house sleeps up to 8 people & is approximately 5 minutes drive to lovely beaches & there are 4 championship Golf Courses within easy reach by car. Because of the amenities in the area this house is suitable for couples, golfers & families alike. There are 2 gated communal swimming pools surrounded by grass making it a nice area for adults & children to have a nice relaxing time. The 1st bedroom has it's own private solarium. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds on the first floor & the 3rd is on the ground floor. The lounge has a sofa bed with a pull-out bed underneath. At the top of the house there's another solarium as well as a walled & gated garden. The house has the usual kitchen equipment such as oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave. 1st floor bathroom has bath with overhead shower whilst ground floor has a shower room with toilet. Air-conditioning/heater is on the ground floor with ceiling fans in bedrooms. Linen & towels, except beach towels are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• When renting the property, you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and it's contents. A security/damage deposit of £100 is required to be paid along with your balance payment to guard against any damage done to the holiday home during your stay. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party during the occupation of the house and confirms that the FULL cost of repairs or replacement will be met. The security deposit can be paid by a cheque in which case this deposit is returned to you less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage after your holiday has ended.
  
• A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking your holiday accommodation. As soon as this deposit is received your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your holiday commencing will require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draftin GB pounds.
  
• Should a cancellation be necessary then your deposit will be lost. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost. We strongly advise you to take out some form of holiday insurance as soon as booking is confirmed. This should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control. If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In the event of a cancellation then any security deposit already paid will be returned to you.

There are a number of top quality golf courses within a 15 minute drive away including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Real Campoamar. The world famous La Manga golf course is only 40 minutes drive south. Fancy doing some Paraglyding, Hot-Air ballooning, Diving Snorkelling, Fishing, Boat trips where all the family can join in snorkelling and enjoy the marine fish. Bike Hire is also available where you can have the bikes delivered to the door. There are also places for the whole family to enjoy such as theme parks, safari parks, waterfalls, marine parks and a lot more.

Cleaning /towels /linen

There is a charge of 50 Euros for cleaning which you give to the key holder. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Beach towels are not included.
