Four bedroom, luxury split level villa with games room and heated private pool in La Sella, a prestigious and peaceful development with golf, tennis, riding, spa and restaurants. Wonderful views of orchards, sea and mountains. Newly built to a high specification with contemporary quality furnishings. Air conditioning and central heating. Close to beaches, Denia and Javea. The heated private pool (heated April - October) measures 9m x 4.5m, plus Roman steps. There is a 'summer kitchen' with built-in gas BBQ and dining terrace with table and chairs. Covered and uncovered terraces with good quality furniture including outside sofa and chairs, and sun loungers, provide plenty of options for relaxing, and there is a small lawned area with palm trees to the front of the villa. Carport with automatic security gates.

The villa is located within a high quality, peaceful residential development, which has the benefit of 8 tennis courts (coaching if required) and horse riding stables. There is also an informal bar/restaurant and a second more formal restaurant, both of which serve very good food, and a mini-market serving fresh bread each morning. The 18 hole golf course is approx 2km from the villa, and the 5 star hotel's spa facilities are open to non-residents. Other sporting facilities in the area include: several additional golf courses within a 10 mile radius; diving; windsurfing; carting; mini-golf. A variety of sandy beaches are located at Denia (10 mins. drive) and Javea (15 mins drive), where there are numerous bars and restaurants to suit every budget. In addition, scenic drives inland through orange and almond orchards lead to rural villages and historic inland towns in the mountains. A major theme park, water and animal parks, waterfalls and caves are easily reached.

Due to the split-level design, with 3 bedrooms leading on to the pool area, and the ungated 6' deep pool, the villa is less suitable for any children who are non-swimmers or under 5.
